ABOUT GOTIME MEDIA
Focused on the work
between your systems.
Gotime Media is an integration and operations consulting firm for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing contractors.
A services firm.
An operational focus.
Our work connects the tools a contractor uses to receive inquiries, organize office work, coordinate service, and understand results. The scope may include a custom integration, booking configuration, reporting, middleware automation, or training for the people using those systems.
We start with concrete questions: Which record is the source of truth? What identifies the correct service location? Who handles a failed transfer? What can the office verify before a job moves forward?
Gotime Media works as a contractor authorized by the client under a defined scope. Implementation advisory, development, workflow design, QA, documentation, training, and maintenance are consulting services. Client-owned apps and access follow the vendor’s supported model.
HOW WE STRUCTURE THE WORK
A written scope.
Define the problem, supported capabilities, deliverables, assumptions, and acceptance criteria. Identify dependencies before committing to a build.
Knowledge that stays.
Keep the field map, configuration notes, test results, and operating playbook with the business. Give the office a clear escalation path.
Control that stays yours.
Record account ownership and access responsibilities. Make ongoing support and the process for changing providers explicit.
BEFORE WORK BEGINS
Know what is included.
A project proposal should state the contracting parties, work to be performed, fees, required client decisions, and what completion means. Ownership of custom code and configuration belongs in the agreement alongside access, confidentiality, and data-handling obligations.
Maintenance should name an operating cadence, alert recipients, response expectations, and the changes included. New workflows and expanded support are scoped explicitly.
